SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We generally ship within 48 hours after receiving your order. There are exceptions depending on the volume of orders we have that day. We ship during business hours Pacific Time, Monday-Friday. If you order on Friday and want 2-day delivery you will
NOT receive your package on Monday as no one delivers on Sunday. If you need the item for Saturday night or Sunday, you must ship Expedited Overnight We ship USPS (US Post Office Priority Mail) which is a flat rate.
Sometimes, you will be able to place an order but by the time we pull the order, it might be out of stock. In that case we will notify you that it is out of stock and give you the option to wait for the new shipment or cancel the order.
If we hold the order and ship the product when it comes in, we will charge your card when the product ships. If for any reason you wish to cancel at anytime during the wait period, just let us know.
When you type in your card information to our website, you are only authorizing us to charge the amount of the order. Your card is charged when the product ships. So if we can't ship, you aren't charged.

We never sell our email list and never will.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are not, please read the following return/exchange policy. Sale items have a different policy than full priced items.
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us right away for an address for shippment for the exchange of your purchase.
The exchange must be in its original condition within 5 business days of purchase.
If there is makeup, body glitter, lotion or any kind of soil, odor (perfume, deodorant and/or smoke smell are normal offenders) or damage of any kind, the item cannot be exchanged.
This will be determined at our discretion. If it has been washed, we cannot take it back. Original shipping fees are not refundable. If you are exchanging a purchase, you are responsible for the shipping expense for the return.
If we send you the wrong size (after purchase item is verified on invoice) item, or color, we will reimburse you for the return postage but we don't provide return shipping labels. Return the product after shipping expense is reimbursed and we will reissue
the correct product. We will reimburse you for the fee up to $4.99. We suggest the US Post Office for shipping. If you choose to ship with a more expensive service, any amount over $4.99 will be your responsibility.
If your return passes inspection, your pay pal or credit card will be credited for the shipping price paid for the item. Once the item is received, we will reship the correct item at no addiitonal fee.
If your return doesn't pass inspection, we will contact you right away by phone or email.
If after 5 business days, if we do not hear from you regardign the return, no further claims can be made.
SALE items are non negotiable items and no exchanges will be issued.
Any claims of non-delivery of a package must be made within 30 days from date of your order. If you notify us after that time frame we cannot replace the product.
